1. Booking for 14 days straight and paid in full will get 1 night free.
2. Booking for 30 days straight and paid in full will get 10% discount on total rental or 3 nights extra free.

- Any cancellation made by the Guest for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to the address on the website.
- If cancelled 30 days before the start of the rental, 1 night rental will be charged as administrative charge.
- If cancelled between 30-15-days of start of the rental, 2 nights will be charged.
- If cancelled less than 15 days of start of the rental, the entire amount will be charged.
- On receipt of the notice of cancellation HHSL will seek to re-let the property for the period of booking. If a re-letting is achieved, HHSL will refund money already paid by the Guest less rent for any part of the period which was not able to be re-let and less an administrative charge of 1 night.
Utility Consumption Deposit
25% of the total House Rental Cost to be paid along with the total House Rental as an advance payment of the utility bills, which will be added to the total utility consumption, any difference to be paid in cash on check-out. Details of which are mentioned under the Terms & Conditions.
Security Deposit for
- A Security Deposit of 10% of total rental is required along with the total house rental at the time of booking confirmation.
- If the holiday house is not left in a clean and tidy condition and the management need to get cleaned, or any damages caused to the equipment/property, part or all of the security deposit may be retained.
Should there be no charges incurred (following an inventory once your stay has been completed) the Security Deposit will be refunded.
What is Included in the Rates?
Our Rates includes the rental of entire Holiday House, Internet, Bed Linen, Towels, TV access, and all other amenities mentioned under the Facilities.
What is not included in the Rates?
Electricity and Water - running costs of Electricity and Water to be paid in cash on your departure.

Cooking Gas - It is your responsibility of refilling cooking gas to the Gas Cylinder as you needed. Information on how to get it refilled/replaced, please see Kitchen.
Mobile Phone SIM Card - Credits to the SIM Card to be added by you as you needed.
If any damages to the equipment and/or to the property to be paid in cash on your departure.
